Question: Himore Pump jswalsh Hello jswalsh62, When the pump is assembled at the factory, they do put the correct amount and type of oil in the the unit.
You should be good to go once you have put on your machine. Question: Detergent Suction Kit bobbyfhughes. In what order do the spring ,ball bearing and washer go into the pump. Hello bobbyfhughes, Going into the pump first is the spring, then the ball and ten the o-ring. On the detergent suction kit.
Default i bought the kit for my psi washer and i didn't have the small oring in my washer and the new one didn't fit into the pump or into the little fitting that the tube slips on , i tried it without using the new small oring and my washer will not pull any soap through , no suction Hello , You might want to look at the injection hose filter, to make sure it is not plugged up. If that is not it. You may want to try to locate an o-ring that will fit, so you have a tight seal.
Thanks for the response. Make sure the engine and the pump are cool to the touch before doing any work. If the chemical reservoir is full, use locking pliers to pinch the hose first so the chemical will not leak out. Disconnect the chemical supply line from the brass fitting at the pump by pulling gently and twisting until it comes free.
Remove the old injector with a wrench. Insert the spring into the large side of the brass fitting on top of the ball bearing. Hold the spring and ball bearing in the fitting with your finger tip until you insert the assembly into the pump housing. Insert the new fitting into the pump and tighten with a wrench.
Do not over tighten as you can strip the threads on the pump or create a stress fracture of the brass fitting. A firm seat is enough. Reconnect the chemical supply line.
